More or less, we have the day's meals organised, but... what can dining in summerWhen it's time for dinner, we think, "Ugh... I'll just grab anything and forget about it..." Or the magnificent idea might arise: I'm going to order some pizzas!

We are of the opinion that One must eat everything., and we're passionate about pizzas, but we have to be careful at night not to overload our bodies with heavy meals... And even more so now with the heatwaves we're experiencing all over Spain.

As we have explained on previous occasions, Our body needs to digest food before going to sleep so that we are not heavy and thus achieve restful sleep. Therefore, if we eat late and a lot, it will complicate the process or at least lengthen it.

Seek nutritious foods, low in calories and help to satisfy your appetite. Good options include fruits (apples, peaches, bananas, watermelon, kiwi, melon, grapes…) and a safe bet is always vegetables in the form of creams, for example, courgette cream, salads with carrots, mushrooms… Toast with avocado, salmon… Foods that are accompanied by little oil and are very easy to prepare.

Avian meats, fried foods, cold meats, sausages, rice, heavy meals that will make your body overexert itself... All these types of food are perfect for lunchtime, as we have room to go for a walk, go to the gym or even stretch at home to get our body moving.

Do you eat in or out often?, Look for foods that satisfy you without filling you up, so it's okay to feel like you want to eat something else. It's better that we arrive the next day at breakfast time eager to eat the world.
