A\u00a0trav\u00e9s de <strong data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1446\">patrones, reacciones y adaptaciones fisiol\u00f3gicas<\/strong> que se consolidan con la experiencia&#8230; <strong data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1333\">el cuerpo recuerda<\/strong>, pero no como lo hace la mente narrativa.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>No solo hablamos de alimentaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n es importante el descanso, practicar alg\u00fan deporte o actividad f\u00edsica, como tambi\u00e9n hacer que nuestra mente descanse con ocio, relax, lectura, yoga, etc&#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n vamos a dejar una serie de <strong>h\u00e1bitos o rutinas saludables<\/strong> que puedes aplicar a tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda, algo que seguro que agradecer\u00e1s a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<h2 vida que incluye rutinas saludables a las que no est\u00e1s acostumbrad@, tienes que verlo como una <strong>carrera de fondo con resultados a medio\/largo plazo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adquirir h\u00e1bitos de vida m\u00e1s saludable<\/strong> te ayudar\u00e1 a sentirte mejor tanto por dentro como por fuera. Es un proceso que debes llevar a cabo poco a poco, <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><em>\u00a1No te vuelvas loc@!<\/em> <\/span>Apuntarse al gimnasio y el primer d\u00eda hacer la misma tabla que hac\u00edas hace 4 a\u00f1os, <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><em>\u00a1Es una barbaridad!<\/em><\/span> No hagas esfuerzos al principio, educa tu cuerpo y recu\u00e9rdale que es capaz de superarse.<\/p>\n<p>Lo importante es incorporar<strong> peque\u00f1os cambios a nivel nutricional y deportivo<\/strong>, peque\u00f1os pasos que vayan entrenando tu cuerpo para llevar una rutina diaria que te mantenga con energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saca tiempo para ti<\/strong>, para dar un paseo, tomar algo con tus amigos o dedicar un tiempo al d\u00eda a meditar, son cosas muy f\u00e1ciles que te ayudar\u00e1n a ser constante con todo lo que te propongas. \u201cSacar tiempo para ti\u201d no siempre significa dejarlo todo e irte a una monta\u00f1a (aunque a veces suena tentador ).<\/p>\n<p>Cuando te das tiempo para ti, tu sistema nervioso se calma, tu mente se aclara y tu energ\u00eda se reorganiza. No es ego\u00edsmo, es <strong data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"575\">mantenimiento vital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/en\/\"><img decoding=\"async\"
