La fibra soluble la encontramos en los cereales, las legumbres, la fruta y las verduras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fibra Insoluble: <\/strong>este otro tipo de fibra acelera el paso de los alimentos al aparato digestivo y previene de la aparici\u00f3n de estre\u00f1imiento.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p><em><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Podemos hallar este tipo de fibra en harinas integrales, cereal de trigo, verduras o frutas.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ambos tipos de fibra presentes en una gran <strong>variedad de alimentos<\/strong> contienen entre sus beneficios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Previene el estre\u00f1imiento:<\/strong>La fibra aumenta el tama\u00f1o de las heces, por lo que favorece su deposici\u00f3n y evita el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Favorece un peso saludable: <\/strong>La ingesta de alimentos ricos en fibra<strong>, <\/strong>aumenta la sensaci\u00f3n de saciedad, y por lo tanto es posible que comas menos y te sientas con energ\u00eda durante m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reduce el colesterol:<\/strong>Comer fibra ayuda a reducir la cantidad de colesterol \u201cmalo\u201d en la sangre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evita enfermedades cardiacas:<\/strong>Otros de los beneficios de la fibra es que se ha comprobado que reduce la presi\u00f3n arterial y la inflamaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Previene y controla la diabetes:<\/strong>La fibra ayuda a controlar los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre, por lo tanto una dieta rica en fibra puede ser un gran aliado para prevenir y\/o mejorar la diabetes tipo 2.<u style=\"color: #ff9900; text-align: center;\"><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Realizar peque\u00f1os <strong>cambios en tu rutina alimenticia<\/strong>, puede mejorar notablemente tu salud f\u00edsica y mental.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Desayuno energ\u00e9tico:<\/strong>A\u00f1ade a tu desayuno alimentos ricos en fibra como cereales o galletas horneadas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frutas y verduras: <\/strong>Estos alimentos no pueden faltar en una dieta rica en fibra, por lo que deber\u00e1s consumirlos todos los d\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legumbres: <\/strong>Las legumbres pueden ser consumidas de varias formas y combinadas con otros alimentos, por lo que no tienes excusa para aumentar el consumo de legumbres.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Productos horneados: <\/strong>Sustituye alimentos compuestos de harina blanca, por otros de harina integral horneada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Comer alimentos ricos en fibra<\/strong> es excelente para la salud digestiva y general.
