En las carnes por ejemplo act\u00faa como <strong>conservante y potenciador<\/strong> de sabor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe gustan los helados? El az\u00facar le otorga cuerpo a los helados y muchas bebidas. Mejorando su <strong>sabor y volumen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El consumo de este ingrediente debe de ser <strong>controlado en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades de cada persona<\/strong>, peso, altura, rutinas, una dieta saludable nos permitir\u00e1 saber las cantidades de az\u00facar que podemos consumir diariamente.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0Si consumimos frutas, verduras, miel, vamos a recibir
