Intenta no consumirlos al menos cuatro horas antes de acostarte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sigue una rutina<\/strong>:Cena a la misma hora cada d\u00eda para establecer un ritmo regular en tu digesti\u00f3n y ciclos de sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo estos consejos, puedes asegurarte de que tu cena sea nutritiva y contribuya a un <strong>descanso reparador<\/strong>.
