Here's the key."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy vamos a hablar sobre algunos t\u00f3picos para lograr <strong>a good rest<\/strong>, como bien decimos siempre no es lo mismo dormir que descansar. Si una persona se duerme en cualquier lugar que no facilita un buen descanso, probablemente tiene un trastorno del sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00bfDa igual dormir de noche que de d\u00eda?<\/span> Va a ser que no, siempre es preferible el descanso nocturno ya que el descanso durante el d\u00eda es m\u00e1s corto y no llegamos a descansar del todo. Nuestro cuerpo prefiere dormir durante la noche.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00bfLa siesta soluciona nuestros problemas de descanso nocturno?<\/span> No es cierto, la siesta es algo bueno que podemos usar en tramos de descanso de 20-30 minutos. Pero si abusamos de la siesta tendremos problemas de insomnio por las noches y esto perjudicar\u00e1 a nuestra calidad de sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00bfLa temperatura en nuestra habitaci\u00f3n no influye?<\/span> Si que influye, sea invierno o verano no podemos abusar del calor en invierno o el fr\u00edo en verano con los sistemas de climatizaci\u00f3n de nuestra casa. La temperatura ideal en la habitaci\u00f3n en cualquier \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o siempre es de 18-20 grados.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s duermo mejor?<\/span> Dormir m\u00e1s horas significa que nuestra calidad de vida vaya a ser mejor, necesitamos dormir una media de 7-8 horas diarias, a partir de ese dato si lo aumentamos o disminuimos solo puede afectar negativamente a nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00bfForzarse a dormir cuando no tenemos sue\u00f1o?<\/span> Pensamos que si nuestro cuerpo est\u00e1 activado, lograremos dormir meti\u00e9ndonos en la cama. Esto es una equivocaci\u00f3n ya que si no tenemos sue\u00f1o lo que debemos hacer es cambiar de lugar: leer un libro, dejar un sonido de m\u00fasica de fondo o incluso la TV.
