Por ejemplo podemos empezar saliendo a caminar o en bicicleta 3 d\u00edas por semana, \u00bfHas pensado en apuntarte al gimnasio? Depende de tu edad y tus gustos puedes apuntarte a clases de <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><em>Aquagym, Pilates o actividades con clases de nivel medio-bajo<\/em> <\/span>que poco a poco te vayan poniendo en forma.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>\u00bfSabes los mejor?<\/strong> <\/span>Qu\u00e9 tu cuerpo seg\u00fan va cogiendo esa fuera y actividad, te lo ir\u00e1 pidiendo. Esa sensaci\u00f3n de estar en forma, de descargar energ\u00eda y llegar a casa relajad@ con ganas de una ducha y dormir,<strong> \u00a1Te lo va a pedir el cuerpo!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es l\u00f3gico que hay d\u00edas que no apetece, d\u00edas en los que estamos menos activos, pero a largo plazo tu cuerpo lo va a agradecer. Tambi\u00e9n debes saber que tu mente saldr\u00e1 de la rutina, y si 40 minutos al d\u00eda te olvidas de lavadoras, ni\u00f1os, trabajo y responsabilidades&#8230; <em><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00a1Lo vas a notar en tu actitud frente a todo lo que se te ponga delante!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Como siempre recuerda que todo ejercicio y vida sana, tiene que ir acompa\u00f1ada de una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n saludable<\/strong> en la que debemos evitar el alcohol, las bebidas energ\u00e9ticas y las comidas grasientas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wd-lazy-fade
