{"id":14403,"date":"2023-11-23T11:08:28","date_gmt":"2023-11-23T11:08:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/?p=14403"},"modified":"2023-11-23T11:08:28","modified_gmt":"2023-11-23T11:08:28","slug":"alimentacion-en-otono","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/en\/alimentacion-en-otono\/","title":{"rendered":"Autumn Diet, How to Avoid Colds?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando hablamos sobre la <strong>Autumn feeding<\/strong>, no significa que vayamos a dar la receta perfecta para ser invencibles y resistir a cualquier virus o bacteria.<\/p>\n<p>Dejando claro que eso es imposible, lo que buscamos es recordar que con la <strong>bajada de temperaturas<\/strong> es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que lleguen esos resfriados, gripes, anginas&#8230; Propias de esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o en la que ni fr\u00edo ni calor&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Salimos de casa y hace sol, por lo tanto dejamos el abrigo y cogemos una chaqueta fina, pero cuando se va el sol a las 18:00 hace un fr\u00edo&#8230; <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><em>\u00a1Del carajo!<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por eso tenemos que tener cuidado con estos cambios de temperatura, fundamentalmente cuando se hace de noche. Y acompa\u00f1ado de algo de ejercicio diario que nos mantenga en forma y preparados para todo lo que venga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La clave de una buena alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> es aprovechar los alimentos de temporada, de este modo fomentamos el consumo sostenible de las materias primas que obtenemos del medio en el que vivimos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recuerda apostar siempre por el comercio local<\/strong>, el consumo de proximidad en los negocios de toda la vida que llevan a\u00f1os trabajando para cuidar nuestra salud.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/en\/\"><img
