You have to remember that those kinds of drinks are not included in our body's hydration, but water is.<\/li>\n<li>Are you going to eat a paella at your favourite spot? Choose light starters, a salad or something light that will satisfy your hunger while you wait for the delicious paella.<\/li>\n<li>It's time for dessert, do you *have* to eat a cake? Nobody's making you, are they? If you feel like you're at your limit, choose a sorbet or something cool that will help your digestion. DON'T feel bad about leaving dessert for your next visit.<\/li>\n<li>If there's leftover food, it's okay. Often, out of politeness, we finish everything on our plate. Mistake! Eat what you fancy and if there's any left, tell the waiter to pack it up for you in a takeaway container to eat the next day.<\/li>\n<li>Watch out for all-you-can-eat buffets, we all love that idea of\u2026 Pay \u00a325 and eat as much as you want\u2026 Don\u2019t go mad! Don\u2019t try to get your money\u2019s worth by eating like there\u2019s no tomorrow.<\/li>\n<li>We eat to nourish ourselves, our bodies need far less food than we think, so enjoy eating but without excess.<\/li>\n<li>Get used to our body. If you get your body used to heavy, greasy foods... your body will demand that every day... Follow healthy habits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the event you couldn't avoid overeating, you know, <strong>To exercise<\/strong> will always help us to burn off those excesses. Going for a walk, doing some exercise or even going for a swim will help you with heavier digestions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/en\/\"><img decoding=\"async\"
