Obtener m\u00e1s fibra es comer alimentos, como cereales, barras de granola, yogur y helado, con fibra agregada. La <strong>fibra agregada<\/strong> suele etiquetarse como \u00abinulina\u00bb o \u00abra\u00edz de achicoria\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Algunas personas se quejan de tener gases despu\u00e9s de comer alimentos con fibra agregada.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Hay personas que pueden necesitar un <strong>suplemento de fibra<\/strong> si los cambios en la dieta no son suficientes o si tienen ciertas afecciones como estre\u00f1imiento, diarrea o s\u00edndrome del intestino irritable.<\/p>\n<p>Los<strong> alimentos refinados o procesados<\/strong>, como las frutas y verduras enlatadas, los jugos sin pulpa, los panes y pastas blancos y los cereales de granos no enteros, son m\u00e1s bajos en fibra.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>El proceso de refinaci\u00f3n del grano elimina la capa exterior (salvado) del grano, lo que reduce su contenido de fibra.
