Crea espacios que faciliten el sue\u00f1o, remansos de paz donde no entre luz y la temperatura sea la ideal para descansar.<\/li>\n<li>Los dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos fuera del cuarto o apagados. Son una distracci\u00f3n y un elemento que no va a ayudar para nada al descanso.<\/li>\n<li>Cuidado con las siestas, la siesta es una ayuda pero puede ser un arma de doble filo. En los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os las siestas pueden significar no dormir por las noches o dormir muy poco.<\/li>\n<li>Realiza actividades relajantes en las horas pr\u00f3ximas de ir a dormir, nada de juegos ni carreras por la casa, ver todos una peli tumbados en el sof\u00e1 o leer un libro que siempre ayuda a ese momento de \u00abme caigo de sue\u00f1o\u00bb&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Busca una disciplina<\/strong> que no convertir\u00e1 tu casa en un cuartel general, simplemente crear\u00e1 una serie de rutinas que evitar\u00e1 aquellas acciones que interfieren en el sue\u00f1o de los peque\u00f1os y mayores.<\/p>\n<p>Todo este tipo de costumbres lo que \u00fanico que har\u00e1n es <strong>favorecer el ambiente familiar<\/strong>, recuerda que si conseguimos descansar por las
