Es preferible comer varias veces al d\u00eda menos cantidad, que llegar llegar a la cena con ganas de comerte el mundo. Adem\u00e1s si comes demasiado a la hora de cenar, y si encima lo haces m\u00e1s bien tarde, perjudicar\u00e1 a tu sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, <strong>\u00bfSab\u00edas qu\u00e9 comemos menos en verano?<\/strong>\u00a0Con las altas temperaturas, nuestro cuerpo necesita dedicar menos energ\u00eda para estabilizar la temperatura corporal, por lo tanto necesitamos menos calor\u00edas para act\u00faen de gasolina. Por ello puedes aprovechar estos meses para darle un giro a tu alimentaci\u00f3n y a tu estado f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los alimentos m\u00e1s pesados<\/strong> hacen que nos sintamos m\u00e1s cansados, m\u00e1s calor: m\u00e1s cansancio. Dale a tu cuerpo los nutrientes que necesita para refrigerarse este verano.<\/p>\n<p>Y si quieres comer alimentos m\u00e1s pesados hazlo, pero en cantidades m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as. <strong>Disfruta de tus alimentos preferidos<\/strong> pero en peque\u00f1as cantidades para facilitar la digesti\u00f3n a tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/en\/\"><img decoding=\"async\"
