Reparte la comida en 5 o 6 tomas al d\u00eda: 3 comidas principales y 2 picoteos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Puedes confundir la sed con el hambre<\/strong>, por ello mantente siempre bien hidratad@. El agua te dar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n sentimiento de saciedad y evitar\u00e1 que acabes comiendo de m\u00e1s cuando en realidad lo que requiere tu cuerpo para funcionar es agua y no alimento s\u00f3lido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Comemos con los ojos!<\/strong> Cuidado con tener la despensa y la nevera llena de tentaciones. Puede hacer que comas sin sentido, sin necesidad, solo por capricho.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Evita rodearte de comida y guarda los alimentos.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Come bien, y cuando lo hagas <strong>mastica bien la comida<\/strong>. Uno de los problemas m\u00e1s frecuentes de est\u00f3mago, es no triturar bien la comida para facilitarle el trabajo a nuestro cuerpo. Esto te\u00a0ayudar\u00e1 a controlar las cantidades que comes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Controla el apetito saliendo a andar<\/strong>. Si realizamos actividad f\u00edsica como por ejemplo andar, estaremos activando nuestro metabolismo. Esto har\u00e1 que nuestro cuerpo queme calor\u00edas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, y as\u00ed controlaremos nuestras rutinas saludables o nuestros caprichos m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente.<a
