Derivan directamente del pan divino (pan de \u00e1ngel) y que se repart\u00eda a los fieles en las iglesias. Desde entonces su composici\u00f3n ha ido evolucionando ligeramente.<\/p><p>Durante la historia reciente, los barquillos fueron confeccionados originalmente por\u00a0<strong>panaderos<\/strong>, como dulces derivados del pan.<\/p><p>La especializaci\u00f3n de los oficios, dio origen a los llamados\u00a0<strong>obleeros<\/strong>, o\u00a0<strong>barquilleros<\/strong>, que eran los encargados, de hacer la pasta y dar forma a las obleas. Estos figuraban tambi\u00e9n entre el personal de cocina de los reyes y grandes se\u00f1ores.<\/p><p>Remont\u00e1ndonos a la antig\u00fcedad, los monjes en los monasterios, se ocupaban de copiar las recetas, como forma de mantener el legado, al igual que se han hecho con manuscritos.<\/p><p>Ellos se han encargado durante siglos de realizar y modificar en sus talleres estos productos. Siendo uno de estos barquillos, tomado y elaborado, para ser degustado por estas congregaciones, y que posteriormente ser\u00eda vendida al p\u00fablico.<\/p><p>En Zaragoza, Madrid, y en otras muchas ciudades, han aparecido historias y personajes ligados al barquillo. Por ejemplo en Madrid, es t\u00edpica la figura del barquillero, y es costumbre verlos en ocasiones y\u00a0<strong>fiestas se\u00f1alada<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14ebaca elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"14ebaca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/producto\/boer-nata-chocolate-caja-35-kg\/\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"688\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/wp-content\/themes\/woodmart\/images\/lazy.svg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full wp-image-11742 wd-lazy-fade\" alt=\"Neulas navidad\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"(max-width: 688px) 100vw, 688px\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Neulas-navidad.jpg\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Neulas-navidad.jpg 688w, https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Neulas-navidad-300x218.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Neulas-navidad-150x109.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Neulas-navidad-600x436.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.galletaspolen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Neulas-navidad-482x350.jpg 482w\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e2f56e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9e2f56e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Barquillos en Navidad<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-754caf3 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"754caf3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En muchas comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, por ejemplo, en Catalu\u00f1a, es costumbre consumir y regalar barquillos durante fechas especiales, como por ejemplo la\u00a0<strong>Navidad<\/strong>.<\/p><p>De hecho, ya en el a\u00f1o 1168, el obispo de Lleida, orden\u00f3 que fuesen servidos a cada uno de sus familiares seis barquillos a mediod\u00eda y cuatro al cenar.<\/p><p>Por su parte el obispo de Urgell, dict\u00f3 un bando donde indicaba, que a los religiosos se sirvieran veinte barquillos en vez de turrones.<\/p><p>Acerca del barquillo como tal y de su importancia en nuestra historia, es importante mencionar que se han encontrado utensilios de\u00a0<strong>fabricar barquillos.<\/strong><\/p><p>Estos utensilios datan del a\u00f1o 1344, pero no se comenzaron a perfeccionar, hasta ya en el a\u00f1o 1440, de manos de Pedro el ceremonioso.<\/p><p>En adelante, estos productos seguir\u00e1n siendo utilizados por la mayor\u00eda de reyes y gobernantes Espa\u00f1oles en sus actos.<\/p><p>Los barquillos sol\u00edan consumirse acompa\u00f1ados de vino, y se serv\u00edan como\u00a0<strong>postre<\/strong>. As\u00ed de esta manera, los barquillos han pasado a la historia, como postres exquisitos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0dd626
